All bookings are payable via Stripe (Booking Checkout) or Flywire.
Standard Cancellation Policy
• 20 days or less before the event: 25% cancellation fee
• 14 days or less before the event: 50% cancellation fee
• 7 days or less before the event: 100% cancellation fee
Please note that any Tokyo Custom Tour add-on included in your booking follows the Moderate Cancellation Policy.

Both departures are scheduled for 11:00 AM.
Minimum Participants: 30 guests per departure
If fewer than 30 guests are booked for the same date, the experience may be canceled. We may offer another available date; if no alternative is available, the booking will be canceled and a full refund provided.

Boat Interior: Approx. 170 cm high
Taller guests should take care when moving around inside the cabin.

Guests may bring their own food and drinks onboard without an additional charge. Alcoholic beverages and snacks are also available for purchase onboard.
Meeting Point: Approx. 10 mins from Tokyo Station
The meeting point is approximately 10 minutes from Tokyo Station by train or taxi. Detailed access instructions will be provided with your booking information.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing
Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. A light jacket or scarf may be useful when spending time in the open-air viewing areas.
